What is journaling?

Journaling is keeping a diary of your thoughts and feelings throughout your journey. I tend to do it daily or atleast every other day if not every.

why i journal?

For me, journaling is a way to record my ideas, plans and feelings. I dont write much when I journal but what I write is honest and it feels so good to get it all down. Reflecting on my journal updates allows me to put my ideas into actionable steps and continue to improve.

how it can help you?

Its a way to get down all of your thoughts and ideas to avoid brain fog or forgetting anything. Plus, we all know that writing down our plans increases the chance of them actually being done.

It can encourge you to keep working on self improvement and motivate you when the harder days arrive.

Journaling allows you to track any trends that could be causing a feeling of unhappiness.

We all have a story to tell and by keeping a track in your journal, you could not only help yourself but others too.

I’m always getting through my journals quickly, the one in the image was a Christmas present from one of my team members! So kind of her and the perfect pick, pink and a journal…she knows me well!
