WHAT’S MY STAY ACTIVE PROGRAM?

Hey team! I wanted to explain my ‘Stay Active’ program some more, as it is helping so many others lead more active lives and it could help you too!

I created the program during the first lockdown, in which it was called the ‘Stay Active at Home Program’. I created it to help others stay active whilst they were at home and throughout lockdown during the pandemic.

Since then, I have improved my sessions and increased the number of sessions that I do each week, so that I can cater for a wider audience.

The program is great as a stand-alone program, especially for beginners and people who are just starting out on their journey but also, just like me and other members, it’s a really great supplement for your own gym training too.

As I do 8 classes per week, you don’t have to take part in all 8 sessions, you can pick and choose the ones that you want to do, ones that work on certain areas or if you want to do more volume on certain parts of the body. This program will allow you to do that!

I go live each day, Monday – Friday. All members are sent the timetable weekly, so you will always know what times I’ll be going live on that week. Straight after the live, the video is uploaded so all members can access all the workouts. All you do is go onto a screen and all the workouts will be there so you can pick and choose which ones you want to complete and you can do this whenever. This means if you wanted to do a class a week later, you can do! Or if you wanted to do it on the same day, you can do that too!.

I also have a support group with all stay active members which is really fun! We have a laugh in there and we also help each other stay accountable. We add recipes in there, ideas and any training questions peope have I log on daily so can answer them all.

It’s just great to feel like we are all part of this program together, even though we might not be training in person, we are all on the same journey!
