Today I’m going to go over a question that I got asked in a recent Q&A in some more detail. The question; ‘Which is better, online programs or investing in a coach?’  In all honesty, if you can invest in a coach who is going to work with you on a 1-1 basis, you are most likely to achieve the best results, as everything is going to be tailored to you, it’s all about you and getting you the results that you want. However, if you can’t afford to invest in a coach on a 1-1 basis, or a coach that you want to work with is completely booked out, then online programs can also be an effective alternative.

That being said, online programs are also the better option for some people but they have to be matched with the right individual and that individual has to be in the right place in their fitness journey plus wanting to achieve the right types of goals.

To conclude, both programs are effective with the right individual. I feel it’s best to reach out to a coach to ask for advice before purchasing an online program to avoid the risk of it not being right for you. If you’re questioning one of my programs, reach out and I’d be happy to provide you with my opinion of the right one for you.
