Every week we’ll check in with each other to review how your week has been. By having regular check ins with each other we can stay on top of your training, nutrition and avoid setbacks. Plus I love to speak to all team members at least once a week.

I offer online and in-person bespoke programs, group sessions, training plans, nutritional support and virtual classes.

My personal programs are for clients who are looking for a bespoke service. Your plans will be tailored to you and 1-1 sessions will be an option. Due to my personal programs being bespoke, please send me a message for a personal quotation.
