When I first met Georgia in January I had no idea how to reach my goals. Whilst this year has brought many challenges for everyone, Georgia has kept me motivated and on track when training at home.

I started with Georgia around 4 Months ago what an amazing investment. Georgia showed me that losing weight and getting fit wasn’t just about spending hours on treadmill it’s all about strength training and that women can lift too…

I’ve been training with Georgia for just over 8 weeks now, she is absolutely brilliant! Before starting she had listened to what my goals were and what I wanted to achieve and always pushes me to strive for more! Her positivity has even started to rub off on me and even when I think I don’t have any extra in me, she manages to get me there.

After doing each exercise she checks that you’re feeling it in the right places, she always checks in after a session to see how you’re getting on and is always in contact if you need her. I’ve been a member of various gyms in the past and tried to eat healthy, I have even had a Personal Trainer before but this time round I was determined to change my whole lifestyle to make exercise and healthy eating part of my norm and not something I do for a month or so. Georgia is helping me to be physically and mentally healthier by working at a sensible pace and allowing me to feel like I can contribute to my fitness and food plans, which Georgia has continued to provide throughout the gym closures. I am making better choices about the food I eat and I am genuinely enjoying eating the right foods to fuel my body.

I am in a much better place than I was 4 months ago, both physically and mentally, I have much more energy and feel less stressed, which considering I am a primary school teacher during a global pandemic is priceless!

I wouldn’t go as far as to say I now love exercise but I do love the way it is making me feel and the fact that the clothes I had to buy in September because all my work clothes were too tight, are now too baggy! I still have a long way to go before I reach my goals but I am extremely thankful to Georgia for all her support and help so far and can’t wait for the gyms to reopen and to get back into Georgia’s very pink and well-equipped studio!

Georgia is one of the most positive, enthusiastic, determined and motivated people you will ever meet! She is also extremely knowledgeable about fitness and health and genuinely cares about you as a client – if you were ill, she would probably bring soup round to your house – as long as it is on your food planner!

“I now see it as my me-time and opt for dog walks or workouts in the evenings instead of slobbing on the sofa!.”
I was determined to not to be a victim of lockdown weight gain and wanted to use the extra time to make some positive changes. With gyms closed and the sofa calling, this is where Georgia came to the rescue!.
I began my 12-week online program with the aim of losing 1 stone, increasing my fitness and gaining some confidence ready for the reopening of gyms. I have actually lost MORE than a stone, several inches, all the while building muscle and I’ve reaped many benefits on top of this; including significantly lowering my resting heart rate, increasing my cardio fitness and improving my sleep quality.
Georgia has been there every day, offering advice and support and pushing me to improve. Week on week, my performance in workouts is better and I have grown to genuinely enjoy exercise. I now see it as my me-time and opt for dog walks or workouts in the evenings instead of slobbing on the sofa!

At the start of my 8 week programme I was totally inexperienced in working out in the gym and unfamiliar with the machines and equipment. Georgia tailor made a programme for me which built my confidence and I noticeably become stronger in a very short time. Georgia was always attentive and modified my programme to achieve my personal goals.
Although the Barcelona Marathon has been cancelled due to fears over the Corona Virus , Georgia will not let me sulk or moan about it. Instead she is already planning my next 12 week programme and encouraging me to continue to give 100%.
I have booked my flights and accommodation for the postponed Barcelona Marathon due to take place on 25th October 2020. I know that Georgia will be as excited as me to focus on the goal .
